Hematological Cancers Haematological malignancies are the types of cancer affecting blood,      bone marrow and lymph nodes. They are denoted to as leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma dependent on the type of cell affected.

Leukaemia  People with leukaemia make a lot of white blood cells that can't fight infections.

Acute lymphocytic leukemia This starts in myeloid cells, which normally grow into white blood cells, red blood cells, and platelets. AML pull down the number of healthy blood cells in all three types. This procedure of leukaemia grows quickly.

Chronic lymphocytic leukemia This blood cancer starts in myeloid cells, like AML. But the abnormal cells develop slowly.
